We grow 20+ species of agave including our native California and Southwestern US varieties. We grow other regionally and climate appropriate crops like mesquite, elderberry, prickly pear, and other edible and drinkable dryland and subtropical plants.

We celebrate the cultures and traditions of the people and places who have tended to agave landscapes, use agave as food, fiber, and fermented & distilled beverages.

We are committed to biodiversity, building healthy soils, and striving toward regenerative ways of growing and living. We value hand-made and human scale. We want to contribute to the narrative of respect and cooperation. We honor ancestral roots and traditions that have sustained communities for generations.
